 I'm not the first (but may be the last) guy to make lists involving the Usual Gang Of Idiots. Fred von Bernewitz did the first 136 issues spread over the three above mentioned volumes. Fred didn't have a computer, to my knowledge, back in those days, but he did have a typewriter and perhaps access to a copy machine. These three volumes are hard to find but are a great resource for the early days of Mad, especially since the editors didn't always credit contributors like they do now.
